Terms of Service

Updated 04.04.26

These terms govern your use of Stitch. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

"Stitch," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Stitch HQ, Inc. and its operators. "Service" refers to the Stitch platform, website, and related tools. "You" and "your" refer to the individual or organization accessing or using the Service. "Connected Systems" refers to third-party tools you integrate with Stitch (such as CRM, email, calendar, documents, and chat platforms). "Workspace" refers to your organization's Stitch account and its associated data, members, and configurations.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to use Stitch. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access.

Each Workspace is managed by one or more administrators who control member access, integrations, and workflow configurations. Administrators are responsible for ensuring appropriate access controls within their organization.

3. Use of the Service

Stitch provides automation and workflow tools for revenue teams. You may use the Service to connect your systems, build automations, and manage deal activity in accordance with these terms. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service to violate the terms of any Connected System

4. Connected Systems and Integrations

Stitch connects to third-party systems using credentials and permissions you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those systems and that your use of Stitch complies with the terms of service of each Connected System. Stitch acts on your behalf when reading from or writing to Connected Systems and only performs actions your workflows are configured to take.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, or data loss caused by Connected Systems. If a Connected System revokes access or changes its API, affected workflows may stop functioning until the issue is resolved.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Stitch or that Stitch accesses through your Connected Systems. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

You grant us a limited license to access, process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf. This includes processing data through AI providers to power workflow actions such as field updates, summaries, and recommendations. Our use of AI providers is governed by zero-data retention agreements, and your data is never used for model training. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. AI-Generated Outputs

Stitch uses AI to generate content, recommendations, and actions within your workflows. AI outputs are provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by your team before being relied upon. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions before they are applied to your systems, and Stitch provides approval flows to support this.

7. Subscriptions and Payment

Stitch is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, features, and plan details are described on our Pricing page. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, Connected System failures, or force majeure events.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if your payment is overdue, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for export, after which it will be deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stitch HQ, Inc. and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of profits, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stitch HQ, Inc. and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including the terms of Connected Systems.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the product at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
